golden club - program conditions

- 1- The Golden Club is a program of loyalty orientated to persons,
which works in agreement to the points accumulation. This one is not a program of companies.
- 2 - The inscription to the program is free.
- 3 - They are associates of the Golden Club those persons who book room
reservations for the company at which they are employed.
- 4 - The accumulated points correspond to 1 point for every US$ 100 in
reservations made between January 1 and December 31 of the year in process.
5 - In order to credit Golden Club points, you will have to mention your number of Golden Club associate in the moment you book it.
- 6 - If the reservation was done by an intermediary, the points will not
be accredited.
- 7 - The points are deposited to the system in the moment in that guest
checks-out.
- 8 - The banquets and events do not accumulate points.
- 9 - The accumulation of points is personal and it is not transferable.
10 - In the case that the associate stops belonging to the company, the
points will be respected and it will be allowed to (her or him) redeem what it was collected until retirement date.
- 11 - Points: it is not possible to advance them, neither to give them.
- 12 - The points will not be able to accumulate from one year to other one.
13 - The prizes become effective of agreement to the established in the
point table. It is necessary to have the indicated points in every item to be able to accede to the corresponding prize.
- 14 - The prizes will be able to be redeemed until January 2, 2009.
- 15 - The prizes must be redeemed by the Golden Club associate and are
nominative.
- 16 - The prizes corresponding to dinners in the restaurants of the hotel
are not valid for special events (Christmas, new year, St Valentine's Day,
etc.)
- 17 - The prizes have a validity of 6 months since they are emitted. Once
expired, they won't be made reactivated.
- 18 - InterContinental Santiago reserves the right to suspend or modify the
Golden Club program by means of previous notice.
